1. Each payment, once made, is non-refundable. I understand that I am solely responsible for producing
results in my life and for getting full value from every Monthly MentorTM Lesson.
2. I accept this Agreement as my only Official Business Receipt (GST 89593 7852 RT).
3. I know that business and investment activities have inherent risks and no information presented by or through The Monthly Mentor™ is to be taken as a recommendation to make a specific entrepreneurial or investment decision without consulting my own independent legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial planning, business or other professional. Further, I acknowledge that I have been hereby specifically encouraged to seek such independent competent advice before making any entrepreneurial or investment decision.
4. I understand that this Agreement is a contract between myself and Partnership Properties Incorporated (carrying on business as The Raymond Aaron Group™, The Monthly Mentor™, The Wealth Creator Source™ and others from time-to-time) which retains the right to modify the program at any time.
5. In exchange for participating in this program, I release Partnership Properties Incorporated, its officers, directors, staff, independent contractors, agents, successors, Guest Speakers and Raymond Aaron from all actions, demands or claims of any kind that I have had, now have, or may have for any reason existing up to the date of this agreement.
6. I understand that Partnership Properties Incorporated or a related company may, on occasion, receive a financial benefit from my purchase of a book, audio, report, service, course, franchise, business opportunity, property or other investment or educational item and that indeed Partnership Properties Incorporated or a related company may itself be the vendor. I further understand that I have no obligation whatsoever to purchase any such item.
7. I understand that The Monthly Mentor™ is a lifetime mentoring service, but that my current contract is for only 17 months. Should I choose to cease participating during the 17 months, I agree to continue to honor all installments not yet paid for the balance of 17 months or pay a $500 penalty. Further, I authorize Partnership Properties Incorporated to promptly charge my credit card or bank account on file for this balance.
8. I understand that after fulfilling the 17 month contract, I will automatically renew for the next 17 month term. In the event that I do not wish to renew my contract, I will submit written notice of cancellation request to be received at least 10 days before the start of my renewal. I understand that I will be charged in full for that particular month if notification is not received.
9. I understand that there will be a penalty of $25 charged, for each occurrence, for:
• returned checks
• denied credit card authorizations
• each request by me to hold, or change the date of, any payment
10. I understand if and when I attend live sessions/seminars, I may be videotaped, audio-taped, or photographed. And I agree to let The Raymond Aaron Group™, its agents, or representatives, use any audio, video recordings, or photographs of me for marketing and promotional purposes. I further understand that I am not entitled to any compensation for a video or audio recording that I have participated in. As well, I waive all rights or claims to said recordings.
11. I understand that upon joining The Monthly Mentor™ Program, I receive a three month trial membership to The Wealth Creator Source™ for FREE! (I pay only 6.95 US per month for shipping and handling). At the end of my trial membership I will automatically become a full Wealth Creator Source™ member at only 29.85 US (plus 6.95 US shipping and handling and any applicable taxes). I also realize that if I’m not entirely thrilled with my Wealth Creator SourceTM membership I can choose to resign at anytime — no questions asked . |
